Our website was launched in 1995 to help make your selection and purchase of lighting products easier. Orders can be placed online through a secure server with a major credit card. If for any reason you are not satisfied with something you received from Lighting Specialties Company, you may return the merchandise (in new and unused condition, including packaging) within 30 days for a refund or exchange. For more information, see the return policy below.
Lighting Specialties Company will extend to its customers any manufacturer’s warranty on merchandise purchased; but otherwise makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise. Lighting Specialties Company endeavors to provide the best customer and technical support. For Customers, Lighting Specialties Company promises that its support staff shall attempt to correct problems, which involve Lighting Specialties Company’s products. However, the Customer must recognize that Lighting Specialties Company’s support staff may not be able to fully resolve all possible problems. In addition, it is recognized that service offerings and contractual obligations may vary from one product to another.
Lighting Specialties Company wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please inspect all merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you sent an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call for a RGA within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund. No returns will be accepted for parts or special order items. Returns can be subject to a restocking fee or handling charge. Items must be in new and unused condition and in the original undamaged box or packaging, all items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds or exchanges, all returns must be packaged carefully or they will not be accepted. Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We issue credits for accepted claims. Items returned to manufacturer will be credited after we receive credit from said manufacturer. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued against that same card. If you paid by check in advance, your refund will be with a company check mailed to your address.
